Marshmallow Fluff -- a deliciously thick and gooey marshmallow spread in a jar -- is the base for a variety of delectable, make it yourself treats! Heres a round up of our fave MARSHMALLOW FLUFF recipes...

This recipe from Michelle over at A Latte Food blog has us running for the Marshmallow Fluff and our ice cream maker! I'm desperate to try this out.. it looks ah-mazing!

For our Aussie readers, don't be put off by one of the ingredients in this recipe -- Half & Half.. I'd not heard of this before.. but you can substitute for Half and Half by mixing half whole milk and half heavy cream.

I'm seriously thinking of adding in toasted coconut chips or toasted flaked almonds blended through the ice cream. Mmmm
