I live locally, can I order online and collect at your store?

(THIS OPTION IS STILL BEING ADDED BUT ISN'T AVAILABLE JUST YET.. COMING SOON)

When will my order ship?

We know what it's like to order something online and then have to wait for it to arrive SO we work hard to try and get your orders packed and sent as soon as possible either the same day or the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship Australia wide.

Do you do candy bars/lolly bars?

We have worked with a few clients in the past to help them with their candy buffets for their wedding/parties. We can order bulk lollies in your event's colour scheme but we do need a few weeks notice as we don't keep bulk supplies on hand at the store. They need to be ordered in and can take a few weeks depending on what you have chosen and what stock our wholesalers have on hand.

We work individually with each client as each situation can be different and we can work with you to give you a quote for your bulk lollies purchase. We can also do a full service lolly bar set up including jars, props, labels, bulk lollies, scoops and party bags OR we can organise a DIY lolly bar where you can hire the jars/scoops etc and we will provide you with your bulk lollies - leaving the setting up totally to you.

Email Kim if you are interested in working with us for your next event/party.

Read our LOLLY BUFFET page for more information and to view our gallery.

What is the difference between a USE BY DATE and a BEST BEFORE DATE?

A USE BY DATE is the date after which a product is not any good and can't be consumed. A BEST BEFORE date is a suggested date that the goods are still safe to eat but the quality may decline.

Our policy on BEST BEFORE dated products:: as our products are imported from the USA and the UK, we do stock products with a short shelf life. This can include Hostess Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Ho Hos etc plus English crisps and some other products. Manufacturers use BEST BEFORE dates to advise that the product is still good but quality may decline after this date.

We will ALWAYS list in the product's description if it is a short dated item so that you can make up your own mind about whether you wish to purchase the item.

Plus for those who love a bargain, we will add short dated products at reduced prices to our SHORT DATED BUT STILL DELICIOUS section on the site.
